We used to make our cat a Christmas "cushion" out of wrapping paper, and then put it into his basket. He would sit atop the "cushion" like a child playing I'm the King of the Castle. Gradually, the paper would rip, and other wrappings would start to peep out. After a week or so it would be flat, and we would take it away. His Christmas was over for another year, but he did love it. We miss him.
I love the idea of the cat's xmas cushion.. that's a series of photos that needs to go viral. We all have extra wrapping paper, for cats who aren't sophisticated enough to know about camouflage.
Hermano, you so blend with the, um, blue and white papers and the paper bag. They'll only find you by the reeping sounds.
ReplyDeleteMillie says to be careful not to get your head stuck in the bag handle, though. Very frightening!
